Basement Cleanouts in Fox Chapel

A partial basement is one area or about a half truck of material. A full unfinished basement is the whole floor. A full finished basement with furniture and built-ins is the biggest of the three, usually a half day or more with disassembly. Those ranges already include the stairs, labor, truck, and disposal. Full breakdown is on our basement cleanout pricing page.

No. Every basement has stairs, so we built them into the price instead of adding a surcharge on job day. Narrow or steep stairwells might push a job toward the top of the range, and we tell you that at the walk-through, not after.

Most are 2 to 4 day jobs with 4 to 8 truckloads. The largest Fox Chapel homes can run a full week with a larger crew. We plan the schedule backward from your listing or handoff date.

Free quotes. Priced on the stairs as much as the volume, and the carry is built into the number. Pricing in Fox Chapel lines up with our standard rates. We don't charge more because of zip code. Free estimates either over the phone or on-site.

Four things you can check before you book anyone in Fox Chapel. One, current liability insurance you can ask to see. Two, a written all-in price before the truck loads, not an hourly rate that grows on job day. Three, licensed disposal with donation and metal recycling instead of everything going to a landfill. Four, the same person on the phone from the first call to the final invoice. Ask any company you call in Fox Chapel to show you all four before you book.
