Yes. We work with attorneys, executors, and out-of-state family members all the time. We coordinate access, provide itemized invoices, hold on-site valuables for the estate, and send before and after photos so out-of-state executors never have to fly in.

Anything in good condition gets donated to local Pittsburgh charities when possible. We partner with Goodwill, Construction Junction, and other regional donation sites. The rest goes to licensed disposal and recycling facilities. We send a donation receipt on request.
