Most 10x10 units run $350 to $550 depending on how full they are. A packed-to-the-ceiling 10x10 is on the higher end. A half-full 10x10 is on the lower end. We quote you before we start loading so there are no surprises.

Yes. Just give us the facility name, address, unit number, and a time. We show up, you unlock, and we start loading. Most facilities don't require advance notice, but a few do, so check with them first if you're not sure.

Totally fine. Most of our storage unit calls are exactly that: the customer doesn't want to see or sort anything. You unlock, we load, you pay, we leave. Usable items go to donation when possible.

Yes. We handle inherited storage units all the time. We'll set aside anything that looks sentimental (photos, letters, paperwork, jewelry) for you to review before we haul the rest. Coordinate with the facility on legal access first.

If you bought a storage unit at auction and want it emptied instead of sorted, we can help. Same pricing as a normal cleanout. Point, we load, we haul.

Yes. Climate-controlled units are usually faster because the contents are in better condition. Same pricing as non-climate units.
