Is the single-item price really all-in?
Yes. Your quote covers the labor, truck, fuel, disposal fee, and donation routing. We don't add a fuel surcharge, environmental fee, or disposal tax. The only way the price goes up is if you have stairs over 8 steps, or if the item is one of the heavy specialty items listed above.
Can I get 3 small items removed as one pickup?
Usually, yes. If the 3 small items all fit in the same trip and they're easy to carry (like a chair, a side table, and a box of kitchen stuff), we'll quote it as one single-item pickup. If it's 3 bigger items, it's cheaper to bundle them into one quarter-truck job than to book three separate pickups.
What if I only have junk bags?
Four or fewer standard contractor bags still count as a single-item pickup. Five or more bags usually puts you in quarter-truck territory.
Do I have to book a full truck to get the minimum price?
No. You can book a single item. Text a photo or describe it on the call and you'll get a quote for that one item before anyone shows up.
