Estate Cleanouts in North Hills

Most single-family homes take 1 to 3 days depending on square footage and how much is inside. A 2,000 sq ft home with a finished basement usually runs 1.5 days. A 3,500+ sq ft home with outbuildings usually runs 2 to 3 days. We'll walk through with you and give you a realistic window before we start.

Yes. We work with attorneys, executors, and out-of-state family members all the time. We coordinate access, provide itemized invoices, hold on-site valuables for the estate, and send before and after photos so out-of-state executors never have to fly in.

Yes, and it's one of our most common North Hills jobs. Brush, branches, bagged leaves, old mulch, broken lawn equipment, paint-free lumber, and the contents of the garage all go in one mixed load. A full truck is about 15 cubic yards and is quoted on weight and volume. One crew, one trip, one price. Township yard waste pickup won't take stumps, root balls, or construction lumber. We will.

Free on-site estimate. Priced on home size, volume, access, and how much sorting the family wants first. Pricing in North Hills lines up with our standard rates. We don't charge more because of zip code. Free estimates either over the phone or on-site.

Four things you can check before you book anyone in North Hills. One, current liability insurance you can ask to see. Two, a written all-in price before the truck loads, not an hourly rate that grows on job day. Three, licensed disposal with donation and metal recycling instead of everything going to a landfill. Four, the same person on the phone from the first call to the final invoice. Ask any company you call in North Hills to show you all four before you book.
